#DRINKUP: THE CHINESE ART DECO AT DIM SUM LIBRARY

中環金鐘區商業大廈林立,同樣亦是覓食暢飲的好天堂,西式、中式、快餐、小食,應有盡有,而剛開業不久的DIM SUM LIBRARY亦成為了近期的必試餐廳酒吧之一。「點心圖書館」,顧明思義是以港式點心為題材,掌勺的主廚花盡心思在各式經典點心中加入新派原素,黑松露蝦餃、擔擔小籠包、黑椒和牛千層酥,完美地使本土美食得以重新演繹。這間DIM SUM LIBRARY由向來以注重環境、食物及美酒著稱的AQUA集團經營,光聽到這名字就經已叫人期待,新店的裝潢亦定必能為大家帶來驚喜。位於太古廣場一樓的鋪面雖然稱不上大,裝潢卻極富藝術色彩,以中國復古風為題,不時播放著懷舊音樂,餐廳店主更貼心地在店內盡頭的隱秘位置設置麻雀枱 ,讓客人可在茶餘飯後耍樂一番!

但筆者最欣賞的還是DIM SUM LIBRARY的雞尾酒,餐廳團隊於入口處加入了帶有中國色彩的特色酒吧,除了經典酒品之外,亦有多款由調酒師SIMONE ROSSI設計的茗茶雞尾酒,例如BLACKENED ROSE BUD和ONE THOUSAND YEARS OF SONG都是由茉莉沖調製成,感覺清新可口。
